BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors governs property, business, and affairs of the Association and is responsible for overseeing the annual budget and compliance with subdivision standards (including architectural aesthetics, use restrictions, signage, parking, recreational vehicles, animals, landscaping, and construction sites).
Homeowners can contact the Board with any questions, concerns, requests, or reports of non-compliance—including common area maintenance or repairs— as well as property changes or improvements.

Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the Association is held annually during the first week of November. Notice of the Annual Meeting is sent to all homeowners 2 weeks in advance of the meeting, as well as a save-the-date 1 month prior.
At the annual meeting, the Board of Directors will present the year in review and projections going forward for association projects and improvements, as well as a financial overview and proposed budget for the upcoming year. The annual meeting is also when new board members and directors are elected to fill the positions of those with expiring terms.
